Ivo Siebum

Ivo Siebum (he/him) 

Millstreet Films

Ivo Siebum graduated as a producer from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2021. Since then, he has been working as a producer for New Talent at Millstreet Films. Millstreet Films develops and produces high-quality films and drama series from a contemporary female perspective for a wide audience, emphasizing strong female lead roles and female filmmakers. Our productions reach both national and international markets. The company was founded in 2010 by producer Rachel van Bommel and has since released several successful productions, such as Schitterend (2024), Alles Op Tafel (2021), Soof (I, II, and III), Gooische Vrouwen (2011), and Loft (2010).

In addition, Millstreet Films produces successful drama series, including Maxima (2024), Nieuwe Buren (seasons 1 to 4), Soof de serie, and the acclaimed drama series and subsequent feature film ANNE+, which have also been well-received internationally.

Millstreet Films focuses on new talent and works on long-term collaborations with talented filmmakers through short-form series like ANNE+ and short films such as Filmfonds Shorts: DEINING, De ontmoeting: Een dag in het leven van een vrouwfiguur, and Teledoc Campus: De Chinese Keizerin.

Zoë Niezen (she/her) 

IJswater Films

Zoë Niezen (1995) studied Arts & Culture Studies at Erasmus University, after which she pursued a vocational master's degree focused on research and idea development for fiction films and documentaries at the University of Amsterdam. She graduated in 2020 and has since worked as a freelance production manager and executive producer on various films and documentaries. Since July 2024, she has been working as a junior producer at IJswater Films.

Zoë Niezen

Floor Adams (she/her)

Curious Wolf Productions & malou moves 

Floor began her career in psychiatry and disability care before studying Fine Arts at ArtEZ and Animation at KASK. She has worked on commission for television, documentaries, and museums, taught animation, and served on the selection committee for Go Short. Her independent work, influenced by psychology and human behavior, includes Mind my Mind(2019), which premiered at Tribeca and won more than 30 awards. It was also shortlisted for an Academy Award and became the first autonomously released short film in the Netherlands to attract over 25,000 cinema viewers.

 

In 2020, Floor founded Curious Wolf to support meaningful film projects. She is a mentor for filmmakers, a member of the VAF advisory board for animation, and is currently developing Ik ben de chauffeur, while preparing for the production of her next film, Birdhouse.

Maloumaandag Brinkmans Maloumoves

Malou Maandag-Brinkmans (she/her) 

Curious Wolf Productions & malou moves 

Malou's background includes a diploma in Multimedia Design (Eindhoven), an NLP Practitioner Coach certificate, and a Bachelor's in International Media & Entertainment Management (Breda), with a specialization in production and marketing.

 

After years of commercial work in film, animation, and graphic design, a chance meeting with Floor in 2023 reignited her passion for meaningful filmmaking. This led to the establishment of malou moves, her independent production company. Through malou moves, Malou aims to produce films that inspire, challenge, and have a lasting impact. Together with Floor Adams and Lavender Films, she is currently developing the biographical animated short film Ik ben de chauffeur.

Charlotte Rietbergen (she/her)  

Lavender Films

Charlotte Rietbergen is a producer and one of the driving forces behind Lavender Films, a Gelderland-based production house known for pushing the boundaries between genres, disciplines, and forms. As a producer, Charlotte translates her passion for meaningful stories into practice. She leads creative processes and collaborates closely with creators to realize innovative and visually compelling productions in the fields of fiction, documentary, and animation. At Lavender Films, we strive to reach a wide audience with films that address various social and societal themes. The goal is to create productions that resonate, inspire, and have a lasting impact alongside the team.

Charlotte Rietbergen
Nadine Jansen

Nadine Jansen (she/her) 

Lemming Film

Nadine studied at the Netherlands Film Academy, graduating as a producer in 2023. During her studies, she developed an affinity for dramaturgy in both fiction and documentary. While completing her degree, she interned at HALAL Docs, where she contributed to the film I Love Her, But This Shit Is Toxic (working title) (Amanda van Hesteren) and further developed her skills in research and dramaturgy.

In addition to producing two short fiction films for her graduation, she served as a dramaturg for two short documentaries. The short fiction film KLEINGELD was selected for Best Dutch Short Film (live-action) at Cinekid 2023, and the short documentary PAUL EN PAUL will be developed into a 50" film for television in collaboration with BNNVARA. Both films were selected for the Student Competition at the Netherlands Film Festival 2023, along with the short documentary A TOMATO TRAGEDY, which won the Wildcard from the Netherlands Film Fund.

In September 2023, Nadine began working as a dramaturg at Lemming Film, where she oversees the development of both feature films and series.

Steven Rubinstein Malamud (he/she/they)  

Grom Productions

Steven Rubinstein Malamud is a producer based in Amsterdam of Dutch/Mexican descent who graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2013. After graduating, they worked exclusively as a producer at IJswater Films. In 2019, they became a freelance producer for various companies, including IJswater Films and Rots Filmwerk. In 2023, they co-founded the production company GROM Productions with Sacha Gertsik.

During their years as a producer, they have produced seven feature films to date, including La Última Primavera by Isabel Lamberti (winner of the Kutxabank New Directors Award at the San Sebastian IFF 2020, Best Performance at Les Arcs IFF 2020, and selected for ACID Cannes 2020, among many other festivals), In Blue by Jaap van Heusden (winner of three Golden Calves in 2019), and SPUTUM by Dan Geesin (Imagine Film Festival 2022). They have also produced short films such as L’été et tout le reste by Sven Bresser (Orrizonti, Biennale 2018) and Father by Isabel Lamberti (Locarno 2019).

Steven has participated in various talent development programs, including those of Berlinale, IFFR, and IDFA. They have also participated twice in the Cinéfondation L’Atelier (2019 & 2020) with the projects In Alaska by Jaap van Heusden and A Fucked Up Tribute to Motherly Love by Dan Geesin.

In addition to their work as a film producer, they are a guest lecturer at the Netherlands Film Academy and organize industry events and film screenings in Amsterdam.
