A cloud of ash lands gently in the waves of a river. Light enters the interior of a tree through myriads of holes. Monocultural forests are infested with parasites and now form the breeding ground for future life forms. “Les Rites de Passage” is a filmic meditation about earthly and mythological passages of becoming and passing away.
