Co-written, narrated, and featuring sound effects by Koki, a 67-year-old speaking cockatoo owned by Tito, the leader of Yugoslavia, this experimental documentary features state archives of Koki with his high-flying friends Tito, Khrushchev, Sukarno, Sophia Loren, and the Ceaușescus.
